Please be advised that photos, video and audio footage will be taken at our events. By participating in the conference, you give consent to photograph, audio and video record your presence at the event and its subsequent release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose. Videos and photos may only be taken by the Event Organizer (AAIG) or his (Event)Agents of the forum. Third parties do not have permission to take videos and photos during the event and related social events. Any non-compliance with these regulations may result in penalties and/or legal consequences.
